On-Line Qigong & Tai Chi Easy Class via Zoom

Mondays & Thursdays 10am (AZ Time)

No Class on April 8th and 12th

During this turbulent time, we all need to explore ways to find our sense of calmness.  Stress can compromise our immune system; while Qigong and Tai Chi can help up to get into a relaxed state to strengthen our immune system.

Join us on Monday & Thursday Mornings at 10am Arizona Time.  If you are new to Zoom, you can sign on at 9:45am and I can help you with the navigation of Zoom.  If you want to interact, you will also need a camera and microphone, which most computers and tables have already.  

 

This is a love offering class, so please give what is appropriate for your financial situation. Suggested love offering is $10, but do not let your financial situation prevent you from joining our class.
