Five Element Qigong

 

Mondays - 6:30 - 7:30 pm (Arizona - MST)

(No class February 25th)

How do we connect with the world around us and ourselves?  The five elements create balance in nature and within our bodies.  In this five week series we will be exploring the use of sound, color, direction, and time in our Qigong practices to release stuck energy and create balance  in our bodies and lives.  Some of the practices we will be using include:

  • Inner Smile Meditation

  • Organ Massage

  • 5 Element Qigong

  • Daoist Medicine Wheel

  • Playing with the Five Animals
