On-Line Qigong and Tai Chi Classes via Zoom

During this turbulent time, we all need to explore ways to find our sense of calmness.  Stress can compromise our immune system; while Qigong and Tai Chi can help us to get into a relaxed state to strengthen our immune systems.

So join us on Monday and Thursday Mornings, class starts at 10:00am Arizona Time.  If you are new or want to just chat, you can sign on at 9:45 and I can help you with the navigation of Zoom. You need a tablet or computer with an internet connection. If you want to interact, you will also need a camera and microphone, which most computers and tablets have already.  This is a love offering class and you just need to click on the link to join us on Monday and Thursday mornings.

Come and explore a series of meditation techniques.  Mediation is such a wonderful way to cope with the stress from the holiday season and the new COVID world.  Each class we explore a different type of meditation and discuss mindfulness practices to improve your life.  Learning to cope with stress and spending a little time meditating each day can strengthen our immune systemand allow us to take a wonderful break from the day to refill our heart, mind and soul.
