Mindful Movement Wellness supports people through the process of change.  As we age we are faced with many transitions - health, retirement, and family transitions.  With these transitions, we sometimes find that we have 'issues that are stuck in our tissues.'  Stress and emotions many times get stuck in our body - using breathwork, movement, and self-massage, many times, we can open the flow of enery in these areas of our body - allowing for release and self-healing.
Qigong is a wonderful complement to modern medicine and allows a tool to promote your immune system and improve your health.
